Payment Policy

Payment via Security Deposit (For 1-2 Units)

In this mode of payment, the customer would have to deposit security amount as full cost of the product. The rent of the product can either be deducted from the security deposit or, if the customer wishes, can be provided separately as monthly rent by the customer.

Payment Method: Net Banking Transfer – NEFT or RTGS or UPI

Payment via Standing Instruction (For 1-1000+ Units)

In this mode of payment, Rent A PC would create a recurring Standing Instruction (SI) (Auto-debit facility) for the customer and the customer would have to pay only rent as monthly payment. In this, the customer would pay the first month rent via Credit or Debit (selected only) Card with 2nd Factor Authentication (OTP based). While, filling up the card details, the customer would authenticate and authorize our Transactional Partner (PayU) to debit the renting amount every month without 2nd-factor authentication by checking the recurring deduction checkbox.

By this, the customer would not have to pay any security deposit and can pay monthly rent only. It is MANDATORY for the customer to check the Standing Instruction checkbox to initiate the process.

It is to understand clearly that the frequency or the total number of SI installments would be equivalent to the cost of the product. If the customer wants to stop the renting, he/she can inform the same to us. The SI would be stopped only after thorough inspection by us (as clearly mentioned in the Damage Policy). In case of any damages, the customer would have to pay the damage charges as governed by Rent A PC.

It is important for the customer to inform us 5 (five) days prior to the date of debit, in order to stop payment of the following month. In case, the customer delays to inform us regarding stoppage of renting (5 days before), he/she would have to incur the rent of following month as well.

Customer has to pay delivery charges for shipping. The charges are to be paid before in advance only and the systems would be shipped only after the payment.
