With any rental, may it be a day, a week or a month or more, Rent A PC has a fixed overhead cost for getting the equipment prepared, paperwork, dispatching, invoicing and checking equipment on return etc.
With a short-term rental agreement, these costs are spread over a very short period which makes it costlier however on a long-term rental same costs spread over a far longer period making them economical.
Unfortunately No. Due to present scenario of legislation, we cannot provide any form of insurance cover for items on rental. However, we are working in this area constantly and some level of service may be available in the future.
At present, you should ensure that you have an existing cover with your insurance broker. Remember you are responsible for the safekeeping and return of Rent A PC’s products. Failure to do so can result in charges for repair and/or replacement up to the full value of the product(s).

Providing more details about you and your company would create more confidence in us about you that you are a legitimate customer. Unfortunately, renting our expensive and high-end IT products make us a target for frauds.
Sure. From Rent a PC you can rent for a few days, weeks, months and even years. The minimum rental is for one day going up to any number of years.
When you rent equipment from Rent A PC you are entering into a contract where you are paying money for our services. As with any contract the terms and conditions are there so both parties know what to expect from each other.

GST is not included as part of the monthly rental charges. GST will be charged extra as applicable. However, the GST paid by you can now be claimed as tax input by your company and hence it will not be an extra cost burden on you.

Generally, orders are confirmed by E-Mail or Fax. This confirmation should include:-

Confirmation of payment method
A number of different methods are available for payments.
Account holders – If you have an existing Credit account with Rent A PC then confirmation in writing and/or a purchase order number is sufficient along with details of requirements, delivery address etc.
Bank Transfer – You can send funds through RTGS or NEFT. This is often the quickest and easiest method and is best for short-term rental.
Payment by cheque – You can write a cheque but the goods will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared and money is credited to our account.
Credit Card – you can opt for the subscription of our rental services by paying via credit card, this is the fastest and the most secure method to rent our products and services.
If at any point of order Rent A PC is unable to supply the items required, we will substitute these with an alternative product of equal or higher specification. There will be no additional cost charged to you.
Normally, once an order is placed and availability is confirmed there should be no problems. However, circumstances can occur where even Rent A PC is unable to arrange particular product then Rent A PC reserves the right to supply a replacement product.
In case of order cancellation, a minimum rental needs to be paid, which depends on the Quantity and Duration of the equipment.

No alteration should be made on attached fitted or repairs or an adjustment should be made without written permission of Rent A PC.
Where equipment has been stolen and/or damaged beyond repair then full replacement value of the goods will be charged.
Rental costs will be terminated as soon as you advise us, at which point payment is required for the equipment. If payment is not made then rental rates will continue until the settlement is made in full.
No discount will be given to reflect any rental payment or age of equipment.
Just contact us prior to the day of collection and inform us of the new collection date. We will then arrange collection for this revised date.
If you wish to return the equipment before the end of the agreed rental term this can be arranged (Such is the flexibility of rental!)
But in that case, 75% of the remaining rental period will be charged.
Anti-Virus Support is not covered under the standard rental support. However, you can ask for an antivirus software which can be installed in your system at additional charges.
We recommend you to keep a daily backup of your data. The responsibility of your data is not covered under our repairing policy.
Toner does not come with laser printer rentals. Toner can however be purchased as part of the rental.
We give exclusive serial numbers starting from RentAPC/…/… on computers/Laptops and other accessories, identifying the sole and exclusive ownership thereof.
