Responsibilities:

Keep tracking the issues at clients end and assigning engineer to get the issue resolved on immediate basis.

Get the issue resolved by his own which can be done on telephone or other mean.

Requirements:

At least 2 year of experience in IT Field.

Must have in-depth knowledge about OS, Software & IT products likes DESKTOP LAPTOPS etc.

Must have excellent communication skills.
